All types of Customs representation. As holders of the Authorisation for simplified procedures we can provide customs clearance 24/7, 365 days a year in the field of Customs brokerage (Import, Export, T1, T2, T2L).

International and home transport (we provide full and overall support in the organisation of your rail, road, sea and air transport).

 

Storage (in co-operation with Luka Koper Port, we provide storage in outdoor and indoor premises within the economic zone for your import, export and transit goods).

 

Administrative services (customs and tax brokerage, inspection checks, consultations on the classification of goods according to the Combined Nomenclature, submission of RP-O and VAT-O forms in the EU’s INTRASTAT system.

The company RCM d.o.o. is the honoured holder of the new version of the Standard ISO 9001:2015, Quality management system. ISO 9001:2015 standard is a well-established standard in international business environment - a guarantee, also applicable in the branch of logistics, that the organisation holding the standard fulfils the requirements expected by its business partners. As part of the ISO 9001: 2015 certification process the company RCM, d.o.o., is subject to strict monitoring of all its internal processes.
  2. The AEO Authorised economic operator Certificate under the European Union’s AEOC Programme as part of the global initiative to provide security in the entire supply chain.

    The certificate grants its holder a more beneficial position in the application of simplified customs procedures, and represents a lower level of risk in the system of risk analysis. Holders of the certificate are also verified companies recognised as safe and reliable partners in international trade and as such subject to fewer reviews in customs procedures.
  3. We are holders of the Slovenian Financial Administration's (FARS) Authorisation for simplified procedures in the implementation of customs formalities in customs procedures, which means that customs procedures are implemented more quickly. 
  4. Based on our current financial and business results, the Crediting Agency Bisnode has listed us as holders of Golden crediting excellence AAA, crediting rate held only by 2,648 companies registered in Slovenia. Holders of the Excellent SME certificate are achieving exceptional results in comparison to other business entities in Slovenia, and have revenues per employee that are 9% above the average of the companies of the same size, whilst creating 100% higher profits per employee and having 1/6 higher added value per employee.
  5. Member of the International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations FIATA. 

    FIATA acts as a representative of freight forwarding industry in governmental organisations and bodies and other international organisations (ICC, IATA, IMO, UIC, IRU WTO, WCO). It is also actively involved with BIMCO, FONASBA, and ISO.
