At the prestigious ceremony of the Zlata nit project, organized under the auspices of the Dnevnik media house, RCM d.o.o. proudly took the spotlight as the Best Employer of 2024 in the medium-sized company category. The company received this recognition for its outstanding achievements in creating a high-quality and motivating work environment.
In the past year, RCM d.o.o. reached an important business milestone – revenues exceeded €30 million, confirming the company’s steady growth and successful business strategy. The Zlata nit Award, now in its 18th year, is the largest Slovenian project dedicated to measuring the quality of relationships in the workplace. By receiving this recognition, RCM has joined the elite group of companies trusted by their employees and recognized as top employers. In addition to RCM, this year's awards also went to Intera (small companies) and RLS Merilna tehnika (large companies).
