- 1992 - Ivan Sušnik establishes the company RCM d.o.o.
- 1993 - opening of the Holmec business unit
- 1999 - beginning of the Vič business unit
- 2001 - an award ceremony to Ivan Sušnik, one of the most successful entrepreneurs in Slovenia
- 2002 - beginning of the Dobovec business unit
- 2004 - providing its own fleet with the purchase of VOLVO trucks
- 2004 - closure of the Holmec and Vič business units due to Slovenia's accession to the European Union
- 2005 - acquisition of a competing company
- 2005 - opening of the Zavrč and Gruškovje business units
- 2008 - beginning of the Obrežje business unit

- 2013 - closure of Zavrč and Dobovec business units due to the accession of the Republic of Croatia to the EU
- 2013 - RCM d.o.o. winner of the Golden Thread 2013 in the category of medium-sized companies.
- 2013 - listing of RCM d.o.o. among the three nominees for the best fast-growing Slovenian company in the Drava-Pomurje region (GAZELA 2013)
- 2013 - CEO Sandra Erker Haidar was nominated for the Young Manager of the Year award.
- 2015 - opening of a new business unit of the company Novo mesto
- 2016 - reinforcement of the company's management team, Dejan Sušnik takes over the position of General Manager
