On April 1st, 2025, RCM d.o.o. proudly participated in this year’s KIK Conference, where our Executive Director Sandra Erker Haidar joined the roundtable discussion titled:
“How to (become and) remain the best employer, a magnet for talent?”
The conversation featured recipients of the Zlata nit and Zlata praksa 2024 awards for best employers.
The event attracted over 200 participants, eager to hear outstanding speakers in the fields of business communication, leadership, and human resource development.
As the winner of the Zlata nit 2024 award in the medium-sized company category, we were honored to present how RCM d.o.o. creates a work environment where communication is not just a tool, but the foundation of trust, collaboration, and shared growth.
Sandra Erker Haidar shared concrete examples of best practices we implement daily – from involving employees in strategic discussions to continuously caring for well-being and mutual understanding.

And to end the day, despite it being April 1st, we even shared a laugh with … Santa Claus.
